Ce lo siamo chieste tutte più e più volte. Un taglio sbagliato o un desiderio di cambiamento, ma non è così semplice.
Purtroppo alcuni capelli sembrano crescere un millimetro l’anno, quelli delle vostre amiche invece crescono continuamente. Come mai succede questo?
Sicuramente gran parte della colpa è attribuibile ad una cura errata dei propri capelli ed altri fattori. Ecco cosa potrebbe influenzare negativamente la crescita della tua chioma:
- Spazzole con setole aggressive che strappano i capelli
- Elastici e pettinature che tirano troppo la radice dei tuoi capelli
- Temperature non idonee per il tipo di capello
- Prodotti con INCI scadente
- Cattiva alimentazione
Come vedete, ogni fattore può incidere sulla ricrescita dei propri capelli, oggi vogliamo darvi qualche trucchetto per farli crescere sani, perché l’importante è che la chioma sia ben curata, altrimenti non si potranno avere i risultati tanto sperati:
- Quando ti lavi i capelli (2/3 volte a settimana) prova ad effettuare un massaggio al cuoio capelluto di almeno 5 minuti con il polpastrello, con movimenti circolari. Questo stimolerà i capillari, oltre che lavare a fondo la testa. Non concentrarti troppo sulle lunghezze.
- Non utilizzare fermagli o elastici per capelli che possono strappare facilmente i capelli. Prediligi fermagli morbidi senza metallo, solo di cotone.
- Regola sempre la temperatura dei tuoi prodotti per capelli! Usa ad almeno 20cm di distanza il phon e per quanto riguarda ferri e piastre, se hai capelli sottili, prova a mantenere una temperatura di 180°.
- Spunta regolarmente le punte dei tuoi capelli.
- Fai tanti impacchi con oli come quello di ricino ad esempio, o con rosmarino, utili per la ricrescita e per la cura.
