“ Help, my hair won't grow!! ” It's a problem that many women have, especially curly hair, who have seen their hair still at the same point for years.
But what are the mistakes we often make?
- TO SMOKE
Smoking, in addition to being harmful to health, is also harmful to hair. The whole body is affected, thus affecting the natural biological rhythms. Isn't it time to stop?
- EATING JUNK FOOD
We understand it perfectly: pizza, hamburgers, snacks and chips are irresistible, but it's not feasible to live on that alone and then think of having a healthy body. Always combine fruits and vegetables in your diet.
- CONTINUOUSLY TOUCHING THE HAIR
We understand stress, but what does your hair have to do with it? Vent the stress on suitable balls and leave them alone!
- OVERCOME THE HEAT
Heat can help you avoid catching a cold in reverse, to style your hair without looking like you just rolled out of bed, but high heat is definitely to be avoided! ALWAYS set your straighteners, curling tongs and blow dryers to a temperature your hair can tolerate! Be wary of products that don't allow heat regulation, we'll never get tired of saying it!
- SPIND OUT TOO OFTEN / TOO LITTLE THE HAIR
Scissors are welcome, although I'm sure you're turning up your nose. Obviously you don't have to be obsessed with cutting them every month, as cutting the length inevitably vanishes, but you must at least have the foresight to cut them every 3 months. Especially those with curly hair, a little fix never hurts, also because if it gets damaged, the hair breaks, thus losing all its length.
- BIND YOUR HAIR WITH THE WRONG ELASTICS
Unless you have to, AVOID! Get rubber bands that don't tear your hair (ABSOLUTELY NO those with applied clips, bulky decorations, exposed ferrules above the rubber bands). Your hair will thank you.
